I used these guys for the first time recently. Everybody was friendly. I got my truck back quickly. The handwritten receipt was about impossible to read. I like to keep a log of work that has been done on my vehicles, but I do not know what all to log.

I had a rusted stud pulled and with their help I was able to get my classic up and running after months of sitting. they definitely wont overcharge you for work done no matter what the job is. Took my 2010 F-150 to them and Lee (the manager) immediately started diagnosing the truck and it unfortunately was determined I needed a new engine. My wife has a 350Z, and the driver's door window stopped working. We took it to Roswell Auto Tech and they had a new electric motor for the window installed and working in a day. Several months later the window stopped working again, so we took it back. They found another new electric motor and had it installed within 24 hours - AT NO CHARGE! We will go back to these guys for all the car work we need in the future. Plus, it's fun to look at the vintage cars they're always working on, as Roswell Dream Machines, while you're there. i won't say how old some of the cars are, that I remember when they were being produced.. Pros: Stands behind their work.

Other places will try to pad the bill, these guys take the time to explain the problem and what they can do to correct it before they do any work, so you are never surprised by what was done or the price charged. They're the best
I am a paint contractor with a van that needed immediate repairs so as to get back on the job ASAP. I had been searching for a local mechanic that was honest and had reasonable prices. A fellow painter referred me to them so I called them on a Saturday for a Monday appointment. Upon dropping off the van at 8 AM, Lee told me that they would try to have it repaired by Wednesday. I was disappointed, but trusted my friend who referred me since he gave them such a glowing compliment. Much to my surprise and satisfaction, Lee called me at 11 AM that same Monday I dropped it off and told me to come down and pick it up as they had it repaired. When I questioned him why it was ready so soon, his response was that he was aware that it was a commercial vehicle and needed it for work. The second surprise was the price...very reasonable. Never had a problem with that universal joint since then and it was done in 1994. Yes, I sitll have that trusy van thanks to the excellent mechanics at R. A. T. Also, did a complete motor replacement through them in 2000. Many of my friends advised me that it was not the best route to go since it was a 1987, but 85,000 milles later it still hums right along. I have found their prices to be very fair. Whatever they charged me it has been worth it, since probably I would have purchased another vehicle if not for their expertise. Between my two vehicles they have 47 years and 360,000 miles on them and there seems to be no problem that they cannot resolve and make it STAY FIXED! Finally, in my 18 years of dealing with them, despite their business seemlngly slammed beyond description they have almost without fail managed to fit me in to their hectic schedule in a reasonable amount of time. This staff has remained relatively unchanged since I have known them and always treat me right. Check them out. You will not be disappointed

I wish I could give more stars! The sign says "Honest Quality Repairs" and that is what you get and more. My car has always been ready the same day, and fixed right the first time! I bought a new (used) car and had a problem with the sunroof. Lee at Roswell Auto researched it and found out that there was a recall on the part! I was able to get the repair done at another shop for free! He could have charged me $100's of dollars but did not. There are not many people that honest, let alone mechanics.

Best Mechanic I've Ever Had
Roswell Auto Tech is hands down the best mechanic I've ever had. They never try to charge too much, they always fix the problem, and they are friendly. The best work I've ever had done on a vehicle. I can recommend them without reservation. They have literally been able to find and fix problems no other shop could. For example I had an annoying rattle for years that no other place could diagnose. The guy at Auto Tech immediately knew what it was by the sound (missing bolt on the catalytic converter shield), fixed it, and it's stayed fixed. They work really fast, have great prices, and always check to make sure you know what the cost will be before they do any work. I've never had any kind of problem at this shop and I've been going there for about three years. Check them out, you will be glad you did.

Quick Integrity – My wife has a 350Z, and the driver's door window stopped working. We took it to Roswell Auto Tech and they had a new electric motor for the window installed and working in a day. Several months later the window stopped working again, so we took it back. They found another new electric motor and had it installed within 24 hours - AT NO CHARGE! We will go back to these guys for all the car work we need in the future. Plus, it's fun to look at the vintage cars they're always working on, as Roswell Dream Machines, while you're there. i won't say how old some of the cars are, that I remember when they were being produced..

They're the best – I am a paint contractor with a van that needed immediate repairs so as to get back on the job ASAP. I had been searching for a local mechanic that was honest and had reasonable prices.

A fellow painter referred me to them so I called them on a Saturday for a Monday appointment. Upon dropping off the van at 8 AM, Lee told me that they would try to have it repaired by Wednesday. I was disappointed, but trusted my friend who referred me since he gave them such a glowing compliment. Much to my surprise and satisfaction, Lee called me at 11 AM that same Monday I dropped it off and told me to come down and pick it up as they had it repaired.

When I questioned him why it was ready so soon, his response was that he was aware that it was a commercial vehicle and needed it for work. The second surprise was the price...very reasonable. Never had a problem with that universal joint since then and it was done in 1994. Yes, I sitll have that trusy van thanks to the excellent mechanics at R. A. T.

Also, did a complete motor replacement through them in 2000. Many of my friends advised me that it was not the best route to go since it was a 1987, but 85,000 milles later it still hums right along.

I have found their prices to be very fair. Whatever they charged me it has been worth it, since probably I would have purchased another vehicle if not for their expertise. Between my two vehicles they have 47 years and 360,000 miles on them and there seems to be no problem that they cannot resolve and make it STAY FIXED!

Finally, in my 18 years of dealing with them, despite their business seemlngly slammed beyond description they have almost without fail managed to fit me in to their hectic schedule in a reasonable amount of time.

This staff has remained relatively unchanged since I have known them and always treat me right.

Great guys!! As a woman it is very difficult to find a mechanic you feel comfortable with. My check engine light came on and they were the closest shop, so I took a chance. They were very helpful, took my car right away and gave me an estimate within the hour. The repairs were done quickly and for a great price! So glad I found them! I'll be going back for sure!

As auto and body shops go, I can't recommend these guys highly enough. You want old school mechanics who know their way around car, truck, boat or, basically, ANYTHING with a motor [literally]  then these are your guys. They not only fix the issue you bring them well but also take a peek and see that your vehicle is running tip top and if it might need anything soon or down the road without the pressure of upselling services. All you get is great work at a fair price and satisfaction your old girl is going to run for a LONG time under their care.

Been going here for years and I wouldn't keep going here if they weren't the best car and truck (I have both) shop around. Never had any kind of problem.

Roswell Auto Tech does quality repair work, at a fair price, that they guarantee. You can search around but they are the best deal in town. No coupons with conditions hidden in the fine print, no gimmicks, no surprises. If you go anywhere else you are probably paying too much.

Great experience. They do quality work fast and prices are good. Lee and his staff are fair and great to deal with. I don't get that feeling of being ripped off like some places do. I would go back to them everytime i need something done.

Can't believe I ever took my car anywhere else! This is truly 'old school' mechanic shop. They can fix anything. Never try to do unnecessary work, stand by everything they do, explain what's going on in terms you can understand. This is a good repair shop, one the I feel confident is honest and competent. If they can't do something, they will tell you; but they seem to be able to do most things that your car needs. I like the people who work there and have no hesitation about going there.

Lee and the guys are awesome. It's like going back to the fifties, literally....it's an old gas station from that era with the old pumps out in front. I have been going there for years and years. I used to get prices from them before the work. Now I trust them so much I just take my car in, tell them what's wrong and leave. They fix it with the least amount of work and expense possible, but still with high quality.

I hate auto repair places almost as much as I hate used car salesmen. However, I have found Roswell Auto Tech to be a small team of competent repairmen who do not over charge and do not try to scare you into doing unnecessary repairs just so they can make more $$$. Although I can't speak for all customers that has been my experience over the past 9 years.

these guys were great! i brought in my car over the weekend just to find out if it was drivable until i could drop it off on monday. they advised against it. on monday, i brought it in. they did some tests, and found that the problem was fixable. the bill was more than fair. definitely coming back to these guys in the future!

These guys are great to work with...needed to repair a side mirror and they ordered the part, put it on and had me back in business very quickly. The best part was the money I saved by not going to the dealer. Lee and the guys are easy to work with and honest. Exactly what you would expect but rarely seem to get these days.
